Yoga & Brunch – Autumn Rituals

Autumn invites us to let go of what's no longer useful, to make space and re-establish our roots. A delicate transition for the body, requiring greater attention to the immune system and calm to the nervous system. A morning of practice with Alessia Gariboldi, in the intimate atmosphere of a cabin nestled in the woods.

The experience

A time to let go, a time to take root.

With the arrival of autumn, the body changes pace. The days get shorter, the light changes color, and even inside, you feel the need to slow down, to let go of what's no longer useful to make room for something new.
The practice of Hatha Prana Yoga with Alessia Gariboldi accompanies this transition: a work that combines movement and attention to the breath, to support the immune system and restore calm to the nervous system, often the first to suffer from the change of season.
We gather in the intimate atmosphere of Baita Patrizi, nestled in the Albavilla forest: a natural refuge in which to find refuge before the day begins with a shared brunch.

The practice

Hatha Prana Yoga, to accompany the change of seasons.

The practice follows the tradition of Hatha Prana Yoga: calmly held poses combined with internal attention work that helps the body truly slow down.
It's not a dynamic sequence, but a path that builds step by step, leaving room for listening to what the body is communicating at this time of year.
Suitable for both those approaching yoga for the first time and those with a more consolidated practice: each step is presented with variations.
